Being in the Hair Industry many years, I feel I have never lost the passion. After selling my own Aveda Salon of 13 years, I found a a great fit for myself and my clients at The Brick House Salon.
I love cutting and styling all lengths and textures of hair, and especially favor short styles for both women and men. I have many certifications, including Chemical Straightening, updated Texture Waving and numerous Color/Technique certifications. I have had a passion for the hair and beauty industry most of my adult life. I have been licensed for more than 24 years. In that time I have mastered a wide range of hair techniques including long hair, cutting and textured hair. However, my specialty and passion is Aveda color. I have been working with Aveda for 20+ years. I specialize in cutting edge color techniques, foil highlights, low lights, color correction, and gray reduction.
I believe in continual education. I strive to stay at the forefront of my field with knowledge of new products and services available to provide excellent service to my clientele.

Deanna Petty

Deanna is a licensed Esthetician and graduated from Creative Images Institute of Cosmetology in June of 2010. She regularly attends classes and training seminars to ensure her clients the most up to date and the most effective treatments in the profession.
Deanna’s dedication and continued education in this field has allowed her to develop specific facial treatments for all skin types, ranging from anti-aging to acne prone skin. She also specializes in chemical peels, microdermabrasion and dermaplaning. Deanna loves to educate her clients on techniques for applying makeup for both daytime and nighttime looks, or for that special event using our Jane Iredale makeup line. While experienced in skincare, Deanna also offers body waxing, brow and lash tinting and lash tabbing to enhance and brighten the eyes.
Outside of the salon, Deanna enjoys spending time with her family, outdoor activities and gatherings with friends.

Gitte Hjort

Gitte is from Denmark. Upon completing a four year beauty internship, she quickly move to Educator and Salon Manager positions. She studied with European Masters, including Gun Britt. She moved to the United States in 2006. Gitte loves being a stylist and is passionate about all areas of her field.
When not in the salon, she enjoys travel, boating and attending her children's sporting events with her husband.
